Meet the ANNUITAS Evangelists
While some of you may already be familiar with ANNUITAS and the success we have leading our clients through Demand Marketing Transformation – helping them better orchestrate customer engagement and drive pipeline lift (and if not, hello) – you may not be familiar with the amazing team behind what we do.
With experts in marketing and sales technology, strategy, data and analytics, web and engagement channels, content, and so much more, it’s no wonder we are able to do what we do so well. We blend the capabilities of a marketing consultancy, digital agency, analyst firm, and systems integrator in a way that no one else can. It allows us to see the entire picture – not just one piece.
But we don’t want to keep all this knowledge and expertise to ourselves. We want to share it with you, our marketing community, and others in the industry so we can have real conversations about what is going on in the crazy world of demand marketing.
So it is my pleasure to introduce to you six in-house experts who will be regularly posting on the ANNUITAS blog moving forward — sharing their thoughts on the most pressing practices and challenges we face in demand marketing. Each one of these evangelists is an expert in their field as well as a practiced demand marketing specialist.
Jennifer Harmel, Chief Operating Officer
Expertise: Demand marketing strategy
Experience: Jennifer has been with ANNUITAS for more than 12 years with a combined total of 28 years in the business. With experience in both agency settings (Epsilon, Targetbase) as well as client-side (Hewlett-Packard), Jennifer has developed a deep proficiency for demand marketing and the strategy that goes into developing and building complete demand marketing programs for a variety of clients.
Outside of the office, Jennifer is a member of Women in Revenue and also sits on the board of directors for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Most recently she has spoken at events for Adobe, BAI, and Showpad.
Scott Parent, Senior Director Data Science
Experience: Scott has been with ANNUITAS for almost six years. With previous experience working in the food, finance, and non-profit industries, Scott has gained even more exposure through his work at ANNUITAS. A Tableau Qualified Associate, he has built out extensive data and analytics environments for countless clients.
Outside of the office, Scott is on the Emory Quantitative Theory & Methods Advisory Board and is also a previous winner of the MARTA Hackathon.
Jenny Robertson, Senior Vice President Technology Solutions and Architecture
Experience: Jenny has been at ANNUITAS for almost seven years as an experienced technologist and marketer with over 11 years of experience in the field. Jenny spent many years working in technology across several industries before shifting her main focus to CRM, marketing, and demand technology for the last 11 years. She is very active in the demand technology community.

Lauren Goldstein, Chief Revenue Officer
Experience: Lauren has been at ANNUITAS for more than three years. Over her 25 year B2B Marketing career, Lauren has partnered with some of the world’s most respected and innovative companies. Experience includes insights-driven marketing, account-based marketing, marketing automation strategy and execution, sales and marketing alignment and B2B demand generation.
Outside the office, Lauren is a co-founder of Women in Revenue, and is a frequent speaker at B2B marketing and digital marketing industry events.
Michael Lyons, Director of Innovation
Expertise: Next generation growth marketing
Experience: Michael has been with ANNUITAS for more than four years and helped to create our web center of excellence. With past experience as the Head of Growth for a Bay Area startup, Michael has a lot of experience with personalization and web experience, both aiding in his growth marketing expertise.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys salsa dancing and considers himself a chicken and waffles connoisseur.
Anna-Claire Hayden, Digital Demand Marketing Programs Manager
Expertise: Digital demand marketing
Experience: Anna-Claire has been at ANNUITAS for almost two years and you can see the bulk of her work represented in our amazing website and channel experiences. Anna-Claire has six years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on revenue-based demand generation. She has worked in the agency, in-house, and product worlds for companies ranging from nonprofit to global corporation.

Outside the office, Anna-Claire is a member of Women in Revenue, and dreams of being on the Great British Baking Show one day to show off her pastry skills.
