As an Engineer on the Product Support team, you will work with both backend developers and client facing consultants to manage and remediate support tickets for ANNUITAS’ demand products. ANNUITAS’ demand products focus on data collection/normalization of clients’ marketing interaction data and personalization of a customer’s “Demand Experience.”


The Engineer, Product Support will report to the Developer, Data Science. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in developing and executing process for fulfilling customer support tickets involving
    • Identify and resolve anomalies in existing data
    • Implement solutions meet unique client needs within existing databases
  • Setting priorities for tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Creating, managing and communicating ticket status to clients via JIRA ServiceDesk
  • Manage internal IT tickets for maintenance and on-boarding for multiple platforms
  • Take responsibility for regular maintenance tasks for AWS, JIRA and other IT platforms
  • Work with Data Science team to perform audits and provide reports on the hygiene of client data stores


  • Successful candidates are recent graduates of a computer science program, IT-focused associate degree, or IT/development bootcamp or certificate program, or bachelor’s degree
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of database process automation
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Database administration and maintenance experience
  • Past exposure to AWS administration, Google Analytics, JIRA, ServiceDesk, Python and Salesforce a plus
