Content Production Associate

As a member of the ANNUITAS Content team, you will work with a group of content and demand marketing experts focused on delivering end-to-end demand marketing content for their clients. Together you and our team will implement and execute various content programs that make up an overall Demand Process.

Content Production Associate

The Content Production Associate will report to the Head of the Content Center of Excellence and will be an integral part of the team at ANNUITAS.


  • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project, specifically content production and development
  • Manage scope of work relative to client specific needs
  • Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
  • Meet with internal clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects; communicating important business information and requirements to multiple teams
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Record task progress in project management platform
  • Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their job
  • Keep track of content production progress between multiple stakeholders
  • Edit and review content in relation to program and client expectations
  • Write and publish content for internal needs


1-2 years experience

  • Proven track record creating workflows, communication processes and task tracking
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Project management, organization, and problem solving skills with a drive for results
  • Ability to follow accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Some knowledge of design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Understanding of the creative process and creative skill sets
  • Familiarity working with resource management tools such as Wrike, Trello, Asana
  • Ability to work, at times, without much oversight or direction, self-starter
  • Located in Atlanta, Portland or Seattle
